Collector of Sadness

I prefer women looking at me with sadness — women that embrace their vulnerability. Sometimes they become strong in the process, sometimes when they encounter final images… once free of their cages — they never appear like that in front of my camera anymore, only in the “cages” of my visions.

That makes me a collector of sadness and empty cages, I suppose…
