I wonder if darkness is surprised when you enter it voluntarily…

I suppose one wants to know why one should enter darkness on its own will? And for an artist, it would be an easy answer — one discovers endless light of conscious only in the darkness alone.

It’s pitch dark. In fact, it’s so dark that you can’t see your own limbs, nose, or anything, for that matter. No one can point a finger and say, “ Here you are! You exist!”. Yet, you do. And you do so without reflecting on anything there is. But that is a bore… like heaven. Hell is also more lively than heaven when represented in pieces of art. Anyway… soon, you start to create.

Have you thought about why you need to be asleep and enter a void for half of your life to exist? But it makes so much sense once you discover the role of darkness in all of it. One appears with another.

This is a secret that artist discovers earlier than others. It is scary only at the beginning. But there is no other way to create… unless you enter darkness alone. Voluntarily.
