In Japanese, there is a word – hin ga aru. Which means something like having a class/elegance/ grace. It also means having a great/good sense of something.

Distinguishing great sense from mediocrity sometimes can be complicated. As a result, achieving and learning great sense (if One can learn it at all) in the creative field becomes more challenging than ever.

So much advice, skill-teaching programs, so much stuff going on. One would think that in this world where every piece of information is in the palm of your hand – it became so easy to start on a creative journey. And it is. Yet becoming a great creator with great sense – is still very complicated topic. And I guess that’s why the creative field maintains people’s interest in it.

There is a mystery in it…

Suppose a person could just learn great sense in school or university or through reading an essay. In that case, every student and graduate is destined to become the next Scorsese, Picasso, and Tchaikovsky. But it’s not the case. In fact, I often see people come out completely lost from courses and schools. Often students lose all interest in creativity, spending years studying it.
